Zora Elizabeth Case Summers, 79, formerly of California Avenue, died Saturday, November 14, 2009, at White Oak Estates. Born December 13, 1929, in Wellford, SC, she was the daughter of the late Decatur Alexander and Reverlee Cox Case and the wife of Robert John "Bob" Summers. She was a retired social worker at Spartanburg General Hospital and a member of United Baptist Church, formerly Northview Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Libby Little and her husband Robert of Seneca, SC, and Pam Terry and her husband Marty of Spartanburg; two grandsons, Joel Robertson and Mike Robertson; and six great- grandchildren, Whitney, Kaleb, Keli, Emily, Lila, and Audrey. She was predeceased by a son Randy Summers. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2009, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
