Wilma "Boots" Royer Greene

Wilma (Boots) Royer Greene, 91, of Spartanburg died Friday, February 2, 2024, at White Oak Estates. A native of Decatur, Ala., she was born on November 24, 1932, a daughter of the late Ennis and Flaudie McCaghren Royer.

She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and retired from the SC Tax Commission.

Surviving is her daughter, Kim Greene Fellner (Robert) of Kiawah Island, SC. her son, Mitchell Grayson Greene of Beaufort, SC, grandchildren, Joshua Costner, Jacob Costner, Jordan Costner, Anna Dearybury and Katie Simmons and six greatgrandchildren: son in law, Bill Costner; sisters, Austine Royer Smith and Margie Royer Hodges. She was predeceased by daughter, Rhonda Greene Costner; a son, Robert Michael Greene; siblings, J. C. Royer, John H. Royer, Juanita Myrick and F. D. Royer.

Visitation will be 12 Noon to 12:45 pm Friday, February 9, 2024, in the church parlor of Southside Baptist Church, 316 South Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the church sanctuary conducted by the Rev. Dr. Schyler Peterson. Burial will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Meldrim, Ga.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church.
