William Eubanks

William "Billy" Albert Eubanks, 67, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born March 26, 1947, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late William Faber and Vivian Elle Greene Eubanks. Billy was a member of Powell Presbyterian Church and attended the Focus of Day at the Charles Lea Center. He loved watching old western TV shows and movies, loved to laugh and reminisce. Survivors include his second cousin, James L. Eubanks III (Laurel) of Boiling Springs, SC; third cousin, Jacob Eubanks of Boiling Springs, SC; cousin-in-law, JoAnn Eubanks of Spartanburg, SC; special friends and caregivers, Donna Schlegel, Barbara Arledge, Ivey Schlegel, and Michael Schlegel. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 30, 2014, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Kenneth Cash. Visitation will follow at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charles Lea Center, 195 Burdette Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
