William "Bill" Thomas Crocker, Sr., 79, formerly of 135 Foxhall Road, Spartanburg, died Saturday, February 2, 2013, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born October 14, 1933, in Lockhart, SC, he was the son of the late Charlie Henry and Esther Kitchens Crocker and husband of the late Rosanell Smith Crocker. Mr. Crocker was retired from Beaumont Mill and a member of Beaumont Baptist Church and Roebuck Masonic Lodge #357. He enjoyed golf and motorcycles and was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Survivors include a daughter, Millie Miller (Terry) and a son, William T. "Butch" Crocker, Jr. (Judy), all of Spartanburg; sisters, Nancy Hill of Spartanburg and Esther Sue Eaves of Union, SC; grandsons, Trey Crocker, Todd Crocker, and Brian Miller; granddaughter, Tabitha Godfrey; great-granddaughters, Carson Rose Crocker and Emily Reese Crocker; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Charles, Stan, and Henry Crocker. Masonic Rites will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 5, 2013, with visitation until 2:45 PM at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. John Cox and the Rev. Rupert Guest. Burial with military rites by the SC State Guard Honors team will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
