William Barron

William "Bill" Howard Barron, 77, of Spartanburg, SC, died Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born July 1, 1940, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Howard Edward Barron and Catherine Dolores Faulkenhan Barron. Bill received his BS Degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton and retired from SEW Eurodrive. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Patricia Fenchalk Barron; son, Bret William Barron (Shannon) of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Justin Bret, Alex William, and Amelia Jane Barron. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 14, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, by the Rev. Steve Wise. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals Service, PO Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
