William Ballard

Billy Ballard, 67, of Rainbow Lake Road, Inman, SC, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014. He was predeceased by his mother Gladys Horton Ballard and father, Thomas Brooks Ballard. He was also predeceased by his sister, Mary McGraw; and brother, Tommy Ballard. He is survived by daughter, Kimberly (Kim) Ballard; granddaughter, Madison Ballard; sister, Peggy Baker; brother, Louie Ballard and his wife Ann; first wife, Brenda Hancock; family friend, Janice Covington; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Billy honorably served his country in the U. S. Navy during Vietnam. His favorite buddy was his loyal dog, Napoleon. Friends are invited to please join the family tonight, Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 7:00 PM, in a celebration of Billy's life at 1620 Rainbow Lake Road, Inman, SC 29349.
