Wendy Kay Kimbrell

Wendy Kay Kimbrell a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, age 54, of Greer passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Wendy was born in Spartanburg the daughter of the late David Mathis and the late Theresa Kay Emory Mathis. She was also predeceased by her husband: Roger Kimbrell; and a daughter: Amber Kay Crowe.

Wendy was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School and a financial manager with Cash Well. To meet her was to love her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish the many memories of Wendy are her son: Joshua Kimbrell (Ashley); her sister: Kimberly Mathis (Olivia); two precious grandchildren: Trinity Kimbrell and Audun Crowe; and a very special aunt: Rhonda Bridgeman.

A graveside service to honor Wendy’s life will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 5, 2025, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Tommy Sparks officiating. The family will greet the friends following the service.

Wendy touched many hearts along her earthly journey, and her memories will live on in the hearts of everyone that knew and loved her.

The arrangements are entrusted into the care of Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel.
