Wayne Strickland

Wayne F. Strickland, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016. Born in Buchanan, VA, he was the son of the late Branson and Sallie Strickland and a veteran of the U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Connie Strickland; son, Rev. James Strickland (Donna) of Anderson, SC; brother-in-law, James Edward McEntire (Penny) of Denver, CO; and special niece, Gail Barker (Walt) of Vinton, VA. A cryptside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 18, 2016, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Kenny McDowell and the Rev. James Strickland. Visitation will follow at the cryptside.
