Wyndelln Mark Cromer, 63, of Spartanburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at his home. Born August 2, 1954, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Calvin Newton Cromer and Betty Jean Sanders Cromer. Mark was the former singer and guitarist for the band The Daily News and The Cromer Brothers Band. He enjoyed fishing and shrimping on the South Carolina coast. He was a member of Morningside Baptist Church and retired from Cromer's Termite & Pest Control. Survivors include his daughter, Katelyn Cromer of Spartanburg, SC; grandson, Kason Mark Condrey of Spartanburg, SC; and brothers, Brian N. Comer and Eric C. Cromer, both of Spartanburg, SC. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 PM Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. A graveside service will follow at 3:30 PM in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Jack Dodds.
