Virginia Hughes

Virginia Lynn Outz Hughes, 65, died Thursday, September 23, 2021, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Hughes was the wife of Michael Wayne Hughes, Sr. and was of the Baptist faith.

Also surviving is a son, Kenneth Warren Belue II (Alicia) and a daughter, Leslie B. Vaughan (Brandon) both of Beaufort, SC; four grandchildren, Daniel Cole Belue, Chloe Bradburn, Victoria Garrett, Tanner John Paul Hughes; two great-grandchildren, Greyson Garrett and Colson Belue and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Lawson and Barbara Johnson, both of Florida; step-children, Michael Hughes Jr., Steven Hughes, Kevin Hughes and Crystal Hughes; and several other special family members.  Mrs. Hughes was predeceased by a brother James Louis Outz Jr.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC, 29307.  A Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, September 27, 2021, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
