Victoria Hannouche

March 15, 1920 — October 29, 2010

Victoria Alice Hannouche, 90, of 223 Pointe Road, died Friday, October 29, 2010, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Cairo, Egypt, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary Doummar and the widow of Gamil Hannouche. She was a member of the Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior. Survivors include two daughters, Jeanette Armaly and husband Ken of Greenville, SC and Violette Doummar and husband Antoine of Toronto, Canada; a son, Dr. Bill Hannouche and wife Christine of Inman; a sister, Vicky Doummar of Los Angeles, CA; nine grandchildren, Mary and Christine Karam, Nadine Carmack, Steve Armaly, Nicole Buckner, Michael and Jacqueline Doummar, and Nicholas and Marie Alicia Hannouche; and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, November 1, 2010, at the Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior, conducted by the Rev. Frank Palmieri. Memorials may be made to the Carolina Pregnancy Center, P.O. Box 5364, Spartanburg, SC 29304. The family is at the home of her son, Bill Hannouche, at 223 Pointe Road, Inman.
