Troy Gilliam

Troy Gilliam, 79, of Inman, SC, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born March 2, 1936, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Emmit and Nella Clark Gilliam and husband of the late Tanny Todd Gilliam. He was a retired carpenter, loved his grandsons, and enjoyed fishing. Surviving are his daughter, Mitzi Gilliam Vise (Kennon) of Inman, SC; two grandsons, Christian Vise and Cameron Vise; and two sisters, Irene Lyda of Inman, SC and Lottie Thrift of Spartanburg, SC. He was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Fowler. A cryptside service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2015, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev.
