Tressie Turner

Tressie Northcutt Turner, 82, of Moore, SC, died Monday, January 26, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born January 21, 1933, in Siluria, AL, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Frank and Lenner Lowery Northcutt. Mrs. Turner was retired from the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg. Survivors include her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert "Bob" Turner; son, Robert Dennis Turner Jr. (Debbie) of Gaffney, SC; daughter, Phyllis Delette Smith (Buford) of Inman, SC; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Millie Hudson. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 28, 2015, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Sal Barone and the Rev.
