Toua Yang

Toua Yang, 28, of 375 Canaan Road, died Sunday, February 28, 2010, along with his father, Chang Yang. Born February 28, 1982, in Thailand, he was the son of Song Vang Yang and the late Chang Vang Yang. A graduate of Saint Raphael Academy in Pawtucket, RI, he was a student at USC-Upstate, a Marine Corps Veteran, and a member of the Hmong community. Surviving in addition to his mother are five brothers, Sue Yang, Teng Yang, and Sang Yang, all of Rhode Island, Benjamin Yang, and Jonathan Yang, both of Spartanburg; and a sister, Norah Kauyer Yang of Spartanburg. Services will be held at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010, until burial at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2010, at M. J.
