Thuvia Morano

Thuvia Elaine "Sue" Morano, 83, of Spartanburg, died Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Valley Falls Terrace. Born March 23, 1926, in Hudson Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Edward and Henrietta Dorothy Teal Morano. She was retired from the Cherokee County Tax Office and was a former missionary and grade school teacher. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Gaffney. She is survived by one sister and one brother in New York. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Trinity Baptist Church in Gaffney conducted by Dr. Ray St. John. Burial will be at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery in New York State. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hebrew Christian Fellowship, P. O. Box 177, Dresher, PA 19025, designated for John and Ruth Salinger, Haifa Israel.
