Thomas Reaves

Thomas Robert Reaves, 45, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Thursday, January 31, 2019. Born July 16, 1973 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Monte Ballard Reaves and the late James A. "Tommy" Reaves. Thomas was a driver for RL Jordan Oil Company. He was a member of Glendale Baptist Church and had been attending New Prospect Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Marly Reaves of the home; two daughters, Mollie Reaves of the home and Brooke Reaves of Boiling Springs, SC; a sister, Donna Reaves McDonald (Brian) of Simpsonville, SC; a brother, James Michael Reaves (Dawn) of Spartanburg, SC; nieces, Caroline McDonald and Kathryn Boland (Luke); nephews, Preston Reaves and Bryson Reaves, and three grandchildren. Visitation will be at 6:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the chapel, conducted by The Rev. Matthew Bishop. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. The family will be at their respective homes.
