Thomas Owens Iii

Thomas Christopher Owens, III, 47, of Cowpens, died Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born August 5, 1961, in Mayo, FL, he was the son of T. C. and Linda Owens of Drayton. He was employed with Jennings Paint and Glass Company for fifteen years. He was a member of Cannons Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Veteran. Surviving in addition to his parents is a sister, DeDee Quinn and her husband Stephen and their three children of Pacolet; and his grandfather, Charles R. Murray of Mayo, FL. Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2009, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel conducted by Pastor Larry T. Buchanan. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
