Thomas Cooksey

Thomas B. Cooksey, 69, of Spartanburg, SC passed away on September 4, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center. He was born January 28, 1953 to the late Thomas Grady and Anne Belcher Cooksey.
He loved the outdoors, drinking coffee, and watching sports. Thomas retired from Spartanburg Water System after many years and was a member of First Baptist Spartanburg.
Survivors include his sisters, Laura Cooksey of the home, Diane Pridmore, and Jean Franklin of Boiling Springs; brothers, Marshall Cooksey (Elizabeth) of Spartanburg, Wayne Cooksey (Renee) of Spartanburg, and Jerry Cooksey (Anne) of Inman; and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by siblings, Charles Cooksey, Rhonda Cooksey, and Barry Cooksey.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 17, 2022 in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Visitation will follow at the graveside.
