Thomas Borowski

Thomas Stanley Borowski, 68, of Spartanburg, SC died Friday, January 22, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born October 26, 1952 in Detroit, MI, he was the son of the late Stanley John and Anna Mae Fisher Borowski. Mr. Borowski was a plant manager at Southern Fineblanking in Cowpens, SC, and later a co-owner of Advantage Automotive in Spartanburg, SC. He was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Tom was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Our Papa instilled values of faith, family and love in us all. His greatest pleasure was time spent with family from beach trips at Edisto, afternoons by the pool, and football Saturdays. Naturally, he was supporting his Michigan Wolverines! Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Kathleeen Thompson Borowski; children, Sarah Parker ( Bryan), Ann Bartee (Clay), Marie Porter, Thomas Borowski (Laura) of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Jack Maddie, Kaelyn, Allie, Thomas, Hank, William, John, Ollie Joe and Walt; sisters, Jaci Osborne of Washington and Suzi Beasley of Oklahoma. A private Mass for the family will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, conducted by The Rev. David R. Whitman. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 290 E.
