Thomas Bollinger

Thomas Richard Bollinger, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born August 28, 1947 in Altoona, PA, he was the son of Maryanna Mae Busch Bollinger and the late William Search Bollinger. He was previously married to the late Janet Sue Hammond Bollinger. A retired Vietnam veteran of the U. S. Marines, Thomas was also a member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church. He was retired from the heating and air conditioning business. He enjoyed spending time with his family. His hobbies were NASCAR, NRA, going to the casino, playing cardings and driving his Jaguar. Our father (Pappy) has lived a full and happy life. He will never be forgotten. He will remain in our hearts forever. Survivors include three daughters, Teresa McCall (Brian) of Cowpens, SC; Crystal Bollinger of Tampa, FL; Tammy Bollinger Rudisail of Cowpens, SC; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Carol Mae Wagner; and brothers, John Robert Bollinger and Donald Paul Bollinger.
