Terry W. Vess

Terry William Vess, 67, passed away December 19, 2024, in Spartanburg. Terry was born August 16, 1957, in Spartanburg to the late John William Vess and Ibera Painter Vess.

Terry is survived by his son, Alan Vess, his wife, Rose; daughter, Tereasa Vess; grandchildren, Aiden Vess, Tylyn Gregory, Halii Vess and Aubrie Draper. He is predeceased by his wife, Donna Vess, and his sister, Lynn Vess.

He retired from Bommer Industries after 20 years of service as a machine operator.  Terry was a lifelong member of Beaumont Methodist Church where he grew in his faith. One of his enjoyments in life was always being involved in his grandchildren's sports activities.

Family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Beaumont United Methodist Church, 687 N. Liberty St., Spartanburg, SC 29303.

A Memorial Service to honor Terry's life will be held 3:00 pm, Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Beaumont Methodist Church. 

Terry will be remembered as a loving father, the best Papa and a hard worker.
