Terry Owens

Terry "Jerry" Wayne Owens, 72, of Spartanburg, died Friday, December 11, 2020, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. He was born May 29, 1948 in Spartanburg, a son of the late Ernest and Minnie Lee Fleming Owens. He was first married to the late Becky Price Owens and later to the late Cheryl Gregory Owens. He was a retired Finish Kitchen Specialist at Invista and was a Christian. Jerry is survived by his daughters, Crystal G. Swofford (fiancé, Jamie McGuane) of the home, and Tiffany and Tony Smith of Spartanburg; a sister, Bonita Robinson of Pacolet; brothers, Timmy Owens (Candace) and Joey Owens (Cathy) of Spartanburg; and grandchildren, Seth Smith (Danielle) of Spartanburg, Blane Smith of Spartanburg, Katie and Shaun Lancaster of Boiling Springs, and Kelsey Swofford of Boiling Springs; and one great-granddaughter, Kandence Lancaster of Boiling Springs. Jerry was predeceased by two brothers, Roger Dale Owens and Randy Owens. Private cryptside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, conducted by Deacon Roger Wayne.
