Terry Champion

Terry Champion, 57, of Fingerville, died Sunday, March 28, 2010, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born September 14, 1952, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late M.C. and Cornelia Atkins Champion. He was employed at Wal-Mart, a member of Fingerville First Baptist Church, and a U.S. Marine Veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors include three aunts, two uncles, and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel conducted by the Rev. Andy Case. Burial will be in Fingerville First Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fingerville First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 69, Fingerville, SC 29338.
