Terrie Randolph

After a valiant fight and victory over her battle with cancer, Terrie B. Randolph, 57, of Spartanburg, on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, was promoted to a higher plane with honors where she will reside with two children, Janna and Nathan, and four other children, yet to be named until the time comes when the rest of her family is reunited. Born March 22, 1955, in Greenville, SC, she was the wife of Harold D. Randolph of Spartanburg, SC, and daughter of Rev. Paul F. Blackstock Sr. and Bobbie L. Blackstock of Simpsonville, SC. Mrs. Randolph received her Bachelor's Degree from Lee University and attended George Peabody College. She was employed with the SC School for the Deaf and Blind for 28 years. A member of Legacy Outreach in Pauline, SC. She was a former Sunday School teacher, praise and worship leader, and also a certified Braille transcriber for the Library of Congress. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her brothers, Rev. Daniel M. Blackstock of Gray Court, Laurens, SC, and Rev. Paul F. Blackstock, Jr. of Piedmont, SC; and seven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, January 25, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, by the Rev. Manning Strickland and the Rev. Patrick Dye. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SC School for the Deaf and Blind, 355 Cedar Springs Road, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
