Teresa Kirby

Teresa Lynn "Cotton" Kirby, 50, of Pacolet Mills, SC, died Monday, March 17, 2014, at her home. Born January 9, 1964, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Fred "Worry" Kirby of Pacolet and the late Betty Ruth Duncan Kirby. A graduate of Broome High School, Cotton was a member of Browns Chapel Baptist Church and retired from Mt. Vernon Mills. In addition to her father, survivors include her sister, Dianne Nickols of Boiling Springs, SC; and brothers, Randy Kirby of Pacolet Mills, SC, and Lee Kirby and his wife Margaret of Woodruff, SC. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 20, 2014, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372, by the Rev. Ralph Jett.
