Teresa Bailey

Teresa Ann Bailey, 42, of Inman, died Sunday, March 11, 2012, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after a brief illness of COPD. Born January 26, 1970, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Perry Eugene and Earline Kay Troxell Bailey. Teresa was employed as Office Manager with USA Carbide, received her degree in accounting from Spartanburg Community College, and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Spartanburg. Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Bailey; son, D. J. Davis, granddaughter, Makenzie Bailey; sister, Cindy Bailey; nephew, Reid Bailey; niece, Clarissa Bailey; paternal grandmother, Anita Bailey Dorman; and aunts and uncles, Jerry Bailey, Donna Bailey Cromer, Randy Bailey, Elaine Jennings, Gene Troxell, and Doug Troxell. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Leroy Bailey; maternal grandparents, Ruth and Leonard Troxell; and aunt, Geraldine McAbee. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Thursday, March 15, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, by the Rev. Glenn Rusher and the Rev. Scott Corbin. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
