Sylvia Nail

Sylvia L. Nail, 75, of Boiling Springs, died Saturday, March 24, 2012, at her home. Born December 26, 1936, in High Shoals, NC, she was a daughter of the late Reeves Gamble and Ollie Mae Dillard Jamison and the widow of Ronald Eugene Nail. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a son, Ronald Keith Nail (Anne) of Inman, SC; daughter, Robin Nail Walker (Craig) of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Lindsey N. Mullen (Severyn), Andrew B. Thompson (Amanda), Christopher K. Nail, and Kelli M. Walker; great-granddaughter, Ella Reese Thompson; sister Deborah Hanna (Bill) of Travelers Rest, SC. She was predeceased by a daughter, Kim Nail Richey; a brother, Larry D. Jamison; and sisters, Libby J. Mayfield and Mardi N. Brannon. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Kevin Mayfield. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303; or to Mobile Meals Service, P.O. Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
