Susan Rardin

Susan Cook Rardin, 72, died Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Born September 7, 1949, in Spartanburg, SC she was the daughter of the late Edward Neal and Ruby Lee Hudgins Cook.

Susan was a member of Montgomery Memorial United Methodist Church and had worked at S & S Manufacturing Company. She was a loving and caring person, who took care of her family and friends before herself.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Ronald Burton Rardin; son, Christopher Allen Hogan (Lori) of Spartanburg; daughter, Lorie Jones (Don) of Pacolet; grandsons, Bradley Jones and William Christopher Hogan; great-granddaughter, Baylee Patty; brother, Terry Cook of Greenville; and sister, Janice Smith (Mike) of Surfside Beach, SC.

Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 PM on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Floyd’s Pacolet Chapel, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372. A graveside service will follow at 3:30 PM in Pacolet Memorial Gardens, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372, conducted by The Rev. Brian Humphries.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Montgomery Memorial United Methodist Church, 160 Stone Street, Pacolet, SC 29372.
