Susan Graham Case

Susan Graham Case, 69, of Boiling Springs, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital. Susan was born on February 14, 1955, in Marion, SC, a daughter of Irene Owens Graham and the late Joseph Jennings Graham. She was married to Robert Lee Case for the last 22 years. 

Susan retired from the Medical Group of the Carolinas-Boiling Springs and was a member of Hope Point Church of Spartanburg. She was an extraordinarily talented seamstress and enjoyed singing with Seraph Song, a ministry of the SC Baptist Convention. 

Along with her mother and her husband, Susan is survived by a daughter, Meredith LaBoone (Michael) of Boiling Springs, SC; a son, Matthew Busbee of Liberty, SC; four grandchildren, Graham, Hailey, Adeline, and Noelle LaBoone; and two sisters, Jodie Faircloth and Marsha Graham, both of Columbia, SC. 

This past Friday, Susan’s full and perfect trust that our God would “always take care of her and bring her home” was made complete. We now all eagerly await the day we will see her again. 

Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 26, 2024, at Hope Point Church, 1185 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, SC 29303, conducted by Pastor Richard Smith and Pastor John Chambers. Burial will follow in Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens, 4081 Highway 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024, at Hope Point Church, 1185 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, SC 29303.  

The family will be at the home of Meredith and Michael LaBoone.
