Sue Anderson

Cora Sue Litchfield Anderson, 64, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Sunday, January 12, 2014, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born July 17, 1949, in Pensacola, FL, she was the daughter of the late Harry Mack and Maxine West Litchfield. A loving Christian wife, mother, and grandmother who found her strength in the Lord, Mrs. Anderson was a member of Greenpoint Baptist Church in Boiling Springs. She graduated with an Accounting degree from Spartanburg Community College and was the former fiscal officer with Piedmont Community Actions for 29 years. Survivors include her beloved husband, James Ronald Anderson; daughters, Christi Hamilton (David) of Boiling Springs, SC, Suzanne Sessions of the home, and April Caldwell (Rigo) of Wellford, SC; son, Bobby Sessions (Theresa) of Cowpens, SC; grandchildren, Matthew and Corey Hamilton, Anna Frady, Micah Orduna, Phillip, Nicholas, and Christian Sessions; sister, Barbara Moon of Pensacola, FL; and brother, Harry Mack Litchfield of Houston, TX. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a sister, Christine Litchfield Norton; brother, Thomas Litchfield; and niece, Autumn Norton. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at the Chapel, by the Rev. Dr. David Lancaster and the Rev. Stephen Burns. Burial will be in Wood Memorial Park, Gap Creek Rd., Greer, SC 29651.
