Steven Bailey

Steven Ray Bailey, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at his home. Born November 21, 1950, in Charleston, WV, he was the son of the late James Earl Bailey and Genevieve Larch Bailey. Mr. Bailey was employed with Phillips Delivery Service and of the Baptist faith. Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Cathryn Anne Barnard Bailey; sons, Doug Bailey (Rena) and Greg Bailey, all of Concord, NC, and Lee Bailey (Stephanie) of Simpsonville, SC; grandchildren, Zach Bailey, Trevor Bailey, Hunter Bailey, Jake Bailey, and Abby Bailey; sister, Gloria Hill (John) of Spartanburg, SC; and brothers, Jimmy Bailey (Sue) of Mt. Croghan, SC and Dave Bailey (Marlene) of Shelby, NC. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Sunday, December 30, 2018, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306, with a memorial service following at 2:00 PM, conducted by The Rev. Wayne Major.
