Stephen Cobb

Stephen "Bret" Cobb, 52, of Wellford, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 19, 2011 at his home. Born February 9, 1959 in Panama City, FL. He was the son of Gencey Mathis Cobb of Boiling Springs and the late Sidney Leroy Cobb. Bret was a graduate of Dorman High School and a supervisor at Li'L Cricket Food Stores. Survivors include his wife, Debora Zuber Cobb of Wellford; four daughters: Angela Dale and her husband Stephen; Stephanie Wheatley and her husband Chris; Corey Swain and Ashton Harris; and Seany Swain; a brother: Douglas Cobb and his wife Nicole; four grandchildren: Lauren, Kaelyn, Coleman, and Sidney; and his beloved dogs: Revo and Jerzi. Visitation will be 3:00-4:45 pm Monday, August 22, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 5:00 pm in the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Ronald Lydia. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Stephen Bret Cobb Memorial Fund, P.O. Drawer 1530, Spartanburg, SC 29304. The family is at his home.
