Sieglinde Lawson

Sieglinde Breinl Lawson, 61, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born May 29, 1953, in Nidda, Hesse Germany, she was the daughter of the late Walter Breinl and Hermine Pfeiffer Breinl. She was a purchasing agent for Menzel and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In addition to her husband, James Ronald Lawson, she is survived by sons, Scott Lawson and Ricky Lawson; daughters, Robin Flowers, Tina Strange, and Jennifer Nix; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, Manfred Breinl; sister, Margarete Steinmetz; and a number of nieces and nephews. A memorial service, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Schuyler Peterson, will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Southside Baptist Church, 316 South Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Visitation will follow the service at the church.
