Shirley Henderson

Shirley Ann Fowler Blackwell Henderson, wife of Ronald Henderson, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 25, 2020. She was born in Cooley Springs to the late Floyd and Ruby Fowler. Mrs. Henderson worked at Arrow Automotive for 31 years and was an avid fisher and loved fishing tournaments. She was a member of Rua Church of God in Boiling Springs. Her greatest desire was to see all of her family come to know the Lord as their Savior and to love Him as she does. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, Jeff Blackwell (Joy); daughter, Beverly Blackwell Brush (Greg); son, Scott Blackwell (Lynn); daughter, Elisa Henderson Cothran (Don), son, Jeff Henderson; siblings, Rita Fowler Horne (Danny) and Dewey Clifford Fowler (Janice); ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sister, Evelyn Fowler Culbreth (Boyd) and son, Ronald Henderson. Visitation will be held 2:00-2:45 PM Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, with funeral services following at 3:00 PM in the Chapel conducted by The Rev. Jeff Blackwood and Mr. Chris Blackwell. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
