Sgt. Bailey

Sgt. Samuel Dean Bailey (USAF), 54, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, September 13, 2009, at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL. Born August 9, 1955, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Juanita Hammett Bailey and the late William Earl Bailey. He is also survived by his brothers, Thomas Bailey of Merced, CA, Richard Bailey of Spartanburg, Michael Bailey and Jeffrey Bailey, both of Boiling Springs; and a sister, Linda Bailey Higgins of Boiling Springs. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Samuel D. Bailey Memorial Fund, P. O. Drawer 1530, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
