Sarah Higginbotham

Sarah Katherine Higginbotham, 70, of Spartanburg, SC died Friday, May 15, 2015 at her home. Born August 30, 1944, in Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Francis and Anne Elizabeth Sheehan Higginbotham. Ms. Higginbotham was a commercial interior designer and a member of the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Survivors include a sister, Elizabeth Ann Phelps of Spartanburg, SC; a brother, Charles Francis Higginbotham, III, of Chesapeake, VA; niece, Mary Shannon of Newport News, VA; and nephews, Charles Francis Higginbotham, IV, of Chesapeake, VA; T.J. Phelps, of Spartanburg, SC. She was predeceased by a brother in law, Ted Phelps. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G.
