Sara Brannon

Sara Davis Brannon, 73, of Inman, SC, died Saturday, September 21, 2013, at her home. Born April 17, 1940, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles Williams Davis and Ruby George Davis and wife of the late Steve Conley Brannon. She was retired from Bell South after 35 years of service and was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church. Sara loved her children, grandchildren, and favorite cat "Tigger." She enjoyed gardening and building birdhouses. Survivors include her son, Tim Owens of Inman; daughters, Susan Pruitt (Jackie) of Boiling Springs, SC and Tanya Stewart (Theron) of Inman; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1:45-2:45 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Everette Chapman.
