Sally Goley

Sally Mary Matlosz Goley, 87, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at her home. Born July 30, 1924, in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Fortuna Matlosy, and wife of the late Walter N. Goley. She was a member of St. Adalbert's Catholic Church, Elizabeth, NJ. Surviving are two daughters, Elaine Beaman and Lorraine Baer, both of Spartanburg; a son, Walter Goley, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Union, NJ; three grandchildren, Arlyn Baer, Elizabeth Baer, and Nicholas Goley; two sisters, Jean Palen of Elizabeth, NJ and Eleanor Munnelly of Linden, NJ. She was predeceased by two sons-in-law, David Beaman and Steven Baer; two brothers, Walter and Theodore Motlosz; and three sisters, Anna Belesky, Bertha Schillinger, and Josephine O'Donnell.
