Ruby High

Ruby Gossett High, 64, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, April 21, 2017 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born May 12, 1952 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Azalle Holbert Gossett and the widow of Johnny High. Ruby was a member of Fairview Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include sons Dusty Ray; Randy Frady (Sherry) of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Brandy Frady; grandchildren, Coby Ray, Kenneth Gossett, Josh Frady, Randy Frady, Sr., Chris Frady, Taylor Frady, Heather Frady; three great grandchildren; brothers, Darrell Gossett and Gene Gossett; sister, Rita Snapp; and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by siblings, Ruth Frady, Charles Gossett, Debbie Porter, and Geraldine Hollingsworth. Visitation will be 1:00 - 2:15 PM Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 North Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Funeral service will be 2:30 PM at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Tim Hackett and the Rev. David Maddox. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
