Rosa Lee Allison McCraw, 93, formerly of Cannons Campground Road, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at White Oak Estates. Born September 18, 1917, in Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Annie Henderson Allison, and wife of the late Marvin B. McCraw. Mrs. McCraw was retired from Spartan Mills after 42 years of service. She was a member Easter Star, Crossroads Baptist Church, and a former member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church for a number of years. Survivors include her daughter, Syble Jolley and husband Bill of Spartanburg; grandson, Phil Jolley and wife Gretchen of Spartanburg; great-granddaughter, Megan Jolley of Spartanburg; and a sister, Dora Faye O'Shields of Pacolet. She was predeceased by a sister, Nettie Mae Kirby; and brothers, Odell, Robert, Lloyd, and Edward Allison. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Saturday, September 10, 2011, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. David Swofford. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
