Ronnie West

Ronnie Lee Allen "Big Toe" West, 29, of 925 E. Main Street, Duncan, died Friday, June 17, 2011, at his home. Born March 16, 1982, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Jimmy Dean West and Wanda West Baker, and stepson of Tom Baker. Allen was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School class of 2000. He was employed at Atlas Hydraulics, Inc. in Greenville, SC and attended New Life Deliverance Worship Center. He had a humble spirit and enjoyed helping others. Additional survivors include his fiancée, Danielle Geddis; three children, Cody and Abigail Partner, and soon-to-be-born son Conner Allen West; three sisters, Jessica Jean West and Brandy Baker, both of Inman, SC, and Christine West of Myrtle Beach, SC; a brother, Jimmy Dean West, Jr. of Myrtle Beach; and maternal grandparents, Bertie and Robert Hayes, of Moore, SC. Visitation will be 11:00 AM-12:30 PM Monday, June 20, 2011, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM in the Chapel, conducted by Dr. Bunty Desar, Th.d. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park. The family is at the home of his mother, Wanda Baker, 131 Foster Drive, Inman, SC 29349 (Lake Bowen area).
