Ronnie Wayne McCraw, 69, of Landrum, SC, died Thursday, October 11, 2018, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. He fought a courageous battle after complications following a bone marrow transplant in June of this year. Born November 6, 1948, in Cherokee County, SC, he was the son of Ruth Burgess McCraw of Gaffney, SC and the late William Donald McCraw. A U. S. Army veteran, Mr. McCraw retired from Oxford Industries and attended Holston Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Laura Bryan McCraw; daughter, Rhonda Muncus (Daryl) of Greenville, SC; granddaughters, Reagan and Meredith Muncus; sisters, Jane Stepp of Boiling Springs, SC and LuAnne Hughey of Gaffney, SC; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 1:00-2:30 PM Monday, October 15, 2018, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Dr. Reggie Parker and The Rev. Monte King. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holston Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 311 Holston Creek Road, Inman, SC 29349.
