Robert Lynch, Sr.

Robert H. "Bobby" Lynch, Sr., 58, of Inman, died Monday, March 5, 2012, at his home. Born November 7, 1953, in Akron, OH, he was the son of Nettie Mae Smith Lynch Hawkins of Woodruff, SC, and the late Beverly Ernest Lynch. Mr. Lynch was a member of Gaffney Free Will Baptist Church and attended Parkway Free Will Baptist Church. He was employed by Tietex Corporation. In addition to his mother, survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, JoAnn McAbee Lynch; son, Robbie Lynch of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Kim Rousseau (Eric) of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Shane Black, Jessica Black, Reese Lynch, and Riley Lynch; sisters, Diane Sims of Cross Hill, SC, and Anita Weir (Allan) of Whitney, SC. He was predeceased by a sister, Beverly "Teena" Lynch; and brother, Stanley Lynch. Visitation will be 6:00-9:00 PM Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Parkway Free Will Baptist Church, 3615 Parris Bridge Road, Spartanburg, SC 29316, by Pastor Mitchel Edge and the Rev.
