Robert Hunter

Robert Wayne Hunter, 54, of Chesnee, SC, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Born November 11, 1961, in Fairbanks, AK, he was the son of the late Robert Vernon Hunter. Robert was employed at Vic Bailey Ford, as a service advisor for 10 years, after spending 20 years at Bradshaw Cadillac GMC in Greer, SC. He attended North Spartanburg Free Will Baptist Church. He enjoyed sports, riding his motorcycle, jet ski and fishing. Survivors include his mother, Dean Hunter Metts (Joe) of Spartanburg; daughter, Morgan Hunter of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Steven Hunter (Tammy) of Chesnee, SC; nephew, Todd Hunter (Roxanne) of Chesnee; and several loving family and friends. Visitation will be 12:00 - 1:45 PM, Monday, May 30, 2016 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Services will be 2:00 PM in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Joey Turner and the Rev. Sammy Sutton. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. The family is at their respective homes.
