Robert Gunter

Robert "Bobby" Arthur Gunter, 59, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at his home. Born August 1, 1953, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Arthur LeRoy and Ruby Millwood Gunter. Mr. Gunter was employed with Timken Bearing Company and a member of Glendale Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife, Robin Forbis Gunter; sons, Clay Gunter (Heidi), Will Gunter (Holly), and Chris Gunter (Dana Blair), all of Spartanburg; 11 grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Gunter (Diane) of Spartanburg. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, March 22, 2013, at Glendale Baptist Church, by the Rev. Daniel Blackwell and the Rev. Will Gunter. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
