Robert Field

Robert P. Field, 86, of Greer, SC, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018, at Pelham Medical Center. Born October 22, 1931, in Saint Albans, England, he was the son of the late Priscilla Rose Field and husband of the late Margaret Rose Norburn Field. A veteran of the British Army, Mr. Field was a member of The Episcopal Church of England. He was a printer at the Daily Mirror Publications in St. Albans, England and retired from Tietex International in Spartanburg, SC. Surviving is his son, Jeremy O. Field of Inman, SC; and niece, Gillian Nash of England. In addition to his mother and wife, he was predeceased by his fiancé, Eileen M. Redmon. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 25, 2018, in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 14050 E. Wade Hampton Blvd., Greer, SC 29651. Visitation will be at the graveside.
