Robert Bridges, Sr.

Robert C. Bridges Sr., 63, of Reidville, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born August 19, 1949, in Nashville, TN, he was the husband of Elsa Napone Bridges of Reidville, SC, and son of Willie H. and Anna Stockton Bridges of Moore, SC. He was a member of River Hills Baptist Church and retired from Plastic Omnium. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his children, Regina Hendricks, Stephanie Bridges, Timothy Bridges, and Robert C. Bridges Jr.; grandchildren, Michelle Monroe (Zach), Hannah Bridges, Timothy M. Bridges Jr., Paul Bridges, and Chase Bridges; brother, Joe Bridges; and sisters, Jeannie Lewis (David), Pat Vaughn (Lou), and Wendy Pinkney (Michael). Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Friday, January 25, 2013, at River Hills Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, at the church, conducted by the Rev. C. Kent Smith. Burial will be in Westwood Memorial Gardens, Moore, SC. Memorials may be made to River Hills Baptist Church, 5762 Reidville Road, Moore, SC 29369.
