Ricky Chandler

Ricky Lee "Buck" Chandler, 70, of Duncan, died Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Spartanburg Medical Center. He was born July 26, 1950 in Spartanburg, a son to the late Theodore and Viola Mabry Chandler. A member of El Bethel United Methodist Church, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid University of South Carolina Gamecock fan! Buck was a truck driver. Buck is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Rita Revis Chandler; a son, Toby Lane Chandler of Spartanburg; a daughter, Susan Michelle Chandler (Robert Bergquist) of Albemarle, NC; two granddaughters, Madison Rice and Leah Chandler; numerous nieces and nephews; and best friends, Phil Cannon and Ronald and Beth Campbell. He was predeceased by a son, Todd Lee Chandler. The family is at the home of Rita Chandler. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Ricky Chandler Memorial Fund, P O Drawer 1530, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
