Rhonda Smith

Rhonda Kaye Allen Smith, 61 of Spartanburg, SC, went home to be with Jesus Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born December 27, 1953, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Roy Marvin and Mattie Leona Seay Allen. She was a member of Carolina Baptist Church. Ms. Smith and Eddie Smith were the parents of surviving children which include daughters, Kristie M. Smith and Monica K. Tracy of Spartanburg, SC; son, E. Scott Smith of Spartanburg, SC; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Sandra Maynor of Leesville, SC and Gail Kitchens of Fairforest, SC; brother, Jimmy Allen of Roebuck, SC; niece, Vanessa Allen of Spartanburg, SC; many other wonderful nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law, Nanny Greer of Spartanburg, SC. She was predeceased by brothers, Benny Allen and Daryl Allen. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:30 PM Friday, July 24, 2015, at Carolina Baptist Church, 256 Floyd Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29303, by Pastor Marc Williamson and the Rev. Dr. Herbert Adams.
