Rhoda Koshak

Rhoda Koshak, 83, of 704 Meadowbrook Drive, died Monday, May 31, 2010 at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born March 6, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Irving and Frances Moskowitz Briller. She was a retired purchasing agent with E-Vac Company and was a member of Temple B'Nai Israel. Mrs. Koshak was an avid gardener who enjoyed flowers and was a true lover of nature. Survivors include her husband, Daniel T. Koshak; a daughter, Lynn McCrary and husband Dan of Charlotte, NC; a son, Gary Koshak and wife Shirley of Greensboro, NC; two grandchildren, Larry Koshak of Greensboro and Danielle McCrary of Charlotte; two sisters-in-law, Lenore Nathanson of Jacksonville, FL and Sandy Briller of New Jersey. A private graveside service will be held in Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia, NC. Memorials may be made to Temple B'Nai Israel, Hadassah Society, 146 Heywood Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
